Just curious, will it ever be back and actually with some effect? I asked about it a couple of times without any answer. I don't want to be annoying, but this is very important for my work. It might save me many hours of modelling and also it might shift my interest back on Octane as a production tool..
@Oguzbir : About the white balance, it looks more like a color grading than a white balance, as the color picker seems to not be usable in the render window.
I don't understand why the red increases when you reduce the red value... same for other colors. It seems to work the opposite than logic !

It is quite easy to use. If you see your image has mostly blue color, just set blue color to white balance.
That's similar to how I've used white balance on video cameras before. If something looked blue but was supposed to be white, I'd point the camera at the blue and press a button that basically said to the camera "that's supposed to be white".
The new RC is Sensational.
File loading time in my case is much, much faster. Everything works fine. Shadow catcher is great feature, but... something is missing.
I think that in the system / kernel panel should be an option that allowed us to exchange background. For example, in this way:
If alphachannel is on, should be a possibility in addition to option "keep environment", to "replace the environment" with a bitmap.
Options may have to work interchangeably.
I think, it is not so hard to do that for you guys!
This would allow us to render the final images, without additional post production
Great Release! Keep up good work!

I totaly suport this idea....Every idea that decreases needed time for finalization of work is welcome !
