Hey all,
I'm using the demo right now, while I wait for my license to come to fruition.
I'm exporting from Blender to the WaveFront format. When I load the Obj file in octane, it shuts down during the Voxelizing stage. Has anyone else had this trouble and con point me in the right direction?
Thanks very much.

with low-end cards (see my sign...) it might be a memory issue too I think

All good suggestions.
I'm running a GTS 250 with 1Gb memory.
I'm not sure if this is a "low end" card or not.
I've been exporting as Triangles. I'll keep at it. Thanks for the suggestions!

you should use the x64 version then.greg.thoman wrote:I have windows 7 64-bit with 8 Gig of Ram

if there are still issues during voxelising, make sure, like phil said to export your model as triangles.

I've had this happen a lot with high res meshes too. At this point I'm kinda holding off playing with Octane till I can get a bit more stable workflow with hi-res meshes and fairly high res renders (for me 4K is bare minimum)
