C4D could not launch Octane

Hi all, i keep getting this error rending when i render an animation from C4D R13 Studio, its renders only a few frames then this comes up every time

Does it launch Octane at all? What does the console Window say?

Yes it works fine when i do a still image, the issue only arises when i want to render an animation

Does Octane launch or not? I.e. is the error message incorrect or does Octane actually not start? And again, what does the C4D console Window say?

Did you have these issues before or are you a new user?

Yes Octane launches and renders when i hit the render animation button, but only for about 10 frames or so them it stops and gives this error,so i always have to continue where it stopped rendering.

i was experimenting on another windows 7 PC and it works fine so i assume that my windows 8 might be giving the issue.
The console window at the bottom doesn't display anything when this happens

The console Window I mean is under Script -> Console... Could you open it and post a screenshot?

I rendered again to try and get this message again but now it stopped i really dont know why.
