Hello bepeg4d,
To be honest, I do not understand what your Xpresso do. ;-P
What are these 12 digits ? Is there an Instance node in Octane ?

this version is already obsolete, marcus has written the xpresso with a coffee- node that solves every issues, you can find it here:

@ cesar:
yes ,there is already a second test version of octane with scatter support:

basically this is a test version waiting for a new octane scene format without the obj limitation. it's possible to load several obj toghether, it's possible to move several copies of an object via "placement" or "scatter" node. the placement is useful for moving scaling and rotating around single objects but it's a bit tedious since you must use a single node for translatin, another one for rotation and so on. the scatter node is extremely useful for large numbers of copies of the same object, you need to convert the global matrix of each clone into a 12 digit string. this is what the xpresso does, my version was a bit tricky and uncomfortable but now with the new marcus version all is extremely easy and i prefer to use always the scatter node instead of the placement one
