Would you add that one to the Live DB please.
Its a handy material to have and a good example of the use of falloff.

Will the converter also converts the 3dsmax falloff nodes? Now it does not.
Side note: is it possible to make one node for octane materials or make a switch inside the nodes to change the type of the material to diffuse, specular or glossy, wile keeping all the texture and color, set by the users inside the node, like in the standalone version. To be able to switch between the type of materials after we put textures and settings?

- you can still change the material type on the slate material editor / via the right click on node/change material and switch to any other map - but it will loose any child node textures connection, if you have any you just have to reconnect them manually - Im using that all the time.. it does loose the settings on the node though.. but its close enoughKarba wrote:andrian wrote:It is impossible in 3dsmax.andrian wrote: Side note: is it possible to make one node for octane materials or make a switch inside the nodes to change the type of the material to diffuse, specular or glossy, wile keeping all the texture and color, set by the users inside the node, like in the standalone version.
