Thank you everyone. I think the problem solved itself. The username is case-sensitive for the Otoy credentials. The user/pass worked for Octane activation v3.00. Cheers

Thank you, Mojave. As you suggested, I entered my user/pass at https://account.otoy.com, which worked fine and permitted me access to the otoy website.

However, I just tried the same user/pass in the actual OctaneRender standalone v3.00 beta program and received the same error message I received ...

I tried the Octane v3 beta standalone, but received the same error:

DS4 Octane 3.00 alpha 10 activation?

Could you please help me with v3.00 activation? I receive the following activation error with DS4 Octane 3.00 alpha 10 and also Octane 3.00 standalone:

"Sign-in error

User credentials are not valid or have expired"

My Daz and standalone versions 2 work fine. I am entering my otoy user/pass, and ...

How do I perform post-processing (film, glare, bloom, etc) after I've already saved to PNG/JPEG and closed Octane?

Is there a way to open a JPEG/PNG inside Octane for the sole purpose of post-processing effects?

BUG: Texture colors appear B&W in OctaneRenderDS

Texture colors from Daz3D are not transferring properly to OctaneRenderDS. Everything appears black and white! :?: Why? How to fix? Thank you.

This happened with Daz3D 4.5 and the upgrade to 4.6. In 4.5 the bug could be addressed by dragging in a new texture (like eyes) inside Daz3D to refresh ...
