when i open previous revit file and had assigned live materials, the live materials are all gone, and I have to redo them.

Hi Paul, I am using Building Design Suite 2015 (Revit 2015)
I have previously been using Building Design Suite 2014 (Revit 2014)
and Octane loaded and worked fine.(was loaded in Program Files\Autodesk\Revit2014)
Program is loaded in Program Files\Autodesk\Revit2015

just tried latest plug-in (1.20.1.10) on jndesign's test file and the lights work fine

downloaded latest plug-in.....1.20.1.10
previous version was 1.20a5
The octane symbol doesn't appear in plug-in
The plug-in still works

Welcome to Octane. Hope you aren't regretting my recommendation on your purchase.Have you checked that revit lighting material is assigned.
I had similar problem with lights in revit without material attached

I would be interested as I am testing AutoCAD Plug-in and am using Revit 2013 more for architectural projects
