demo version is based 2.06. We have recently added support of c4d shaders in background. Anyway you can use a image in background for demo version. Be sure alpha is on. Btw, background mixing is done by plugin and has not any effect on octane reflection/refractions.

Hi, i searched online and i didn' t find anything about it, there' s a way to use a texture image for a screen?, i need to make a screen with a desktop texture on it and the glass overhead make the screen with low brightness, any idea to light the screen? (i use the C4D plugin by the way).
