Did a personal house rendering for my brochure to contact possbile clients or real-estate stuff. Now I can do my Fall 2011 .pdf reel next week.
Just a quick share. :)

Rendered with PMC for a little bit over an hour on 1980px res. Some trees are 2D in background mostly 3D stuff. I skipped the HDR map and used sunlight. Some post in Blender and Photoshop.

Thanks guys. :)
Some more post-effects would be a nice to have in Octane. But I'm totally happy that we get SSS and instancing soon.

it looks almost real, only problem is the sky, it _should_ be brighter. its a must. its really... dunno how to put it... "poping out" of the whole picture, it feels out of place. compare sky brightness with front wall of the house, theres too much difference. if you would just change its brightness/levels it would be perfect
also, its a bit too purple, maybe you should adjust hue a bit as well

other then that, really good job :)
