Hello OR team, I'm having an issue when applying textures to objects or surfaces.
The texture isn't displaying on the surfaces. The material is a simple diffuse/RGB image. When I click "Show Shaded Material in Viewport," I only see a color, as if the object isn't mapped, even though it is.
However, the texture appears correctly in the render, with its coordinates displayed correctly.
This only happens when I select the Diffuse/RGB image material.

I can't reproduce your issue, I think it doesn't depends on Octane, please try this:
Viewport driver: in Customize > Preferences > Viewports, which driver are you using (Nitrous Direct3D 11, Direct3D 9, OpenGL)? Try switching it and restarting Max.
Material corruption: try recreating the material from scratch in the same scene. Sometimes a node gets corrupted and the issue only affects that specific material, not all of them.
