I'm having some issues with some nodes due to object size. Therefore how do I get the measurements of an object or scale an object so that it's accurate to the standalone version of Octane ? As well how can I translate the object size as so that it's accurate into any DCC which runs Octane ?
Sorry, not sure to have understood your question correctly, but Standalone works in meters.
If I import a geometry from C4D, I need to set the scale to centimeters, since C4D is set to centimeters by default, and then it will be correctly scaled in Standalone.
Which plugin are you using exactly?
ciao,
Beppe
