OBJECT LAYER COLOR : where have the colors gone ?

Hi,

I'm using octane 2024.1.0.2. on my current production (no change possible).
When I open object layer color, I only get gray (so 1 channel) choice ???

What am I missing ? I do not remember this to be like that (but I do not use octane only with Houdini, so I may remember wrong with Houdini).

So how to use properly object layer color with this version ?

Yes this is an issue that was resolved in the latest version.
You can fix this by going in to the node properties and change the type of the parameter to color.

OK, but I can't see where to change this setting ? Is it in the octane tab in the parameter editor ?

EDIT : OK found it.
