When I render c4d particles, they always render washed out, as if their colours have the wrong gamma applied. In the attached screenshot you can see my particle stream and a cube next to it with an identical gradient to show this isnt a project/file problem with wrong settings.
On the left is the live view which looks good. In the middle is the live viewport which looks good. But then on the right is the final rendering which always outputs washed out particles, even when other items in the scene have the correct colours.

... and if I cache them, they work, except sometimes they dont and they decide to render pale or show up at the wrong size, but if I save and reload the file, then the colour works, but now everything renders with the wrong size.

Hi,
weird, this seems only happening in Maxon C4D 2025, in C4D 2024 the result is correct in Picture Viewer: In C4D 2025, while the devs will look into this, please try to use a "Color space conversion" node after the Color Shader, and set it to "perceptual RGB to RGB": The result in Live View will be wrong, but it should be ok in Picture Viewer.
ciao,
Beppe
