what is Brigade and how can I use it and access it?

Hi all,

I saw a video from Otoy about Brigade and of course I read the short article about brigade on Otoy website. I looks exciting but it is not really clear how to use it, where can we access it etc.
Can you enlighten me?

Just pretend it doesn't exist because they've been announcing brigade for more than a decade and it's never been released.
