Question about cryptomattes in After Effects

I've rendered out an image sequence from C4D with a couple cryptomatte passes. After I drop my EXR sequence into After Effects and use the Cryptomatte effect to isolate a single cryptomatte pass on that layer, is there a way to see the full list of each selection code value available within that cryptomatte pass for the shot? Or is there a way to tell it to select all cryptomatte selection codes in the scene? Or is there a way to see the full list of available cryptomatte selection codes in my scene using something besides After Effects?
