In Octane Blender 29.15, when using the Join Geometry node in Geometry Nodes to scatter and combine different objects, the result looks normal in the viewport but appears different in the Octane render view

No, not yet.
About this geo nodes problem, it's because the geo nodes generate two different meshes, which breaks our current implementation - now we can only support mapping one Blender mesh to one Octane mesh.
It will take some time to extend our current implementation and could probably produce some bugs in the first few iterations. We're on it.

Good news: this issue has been solved in the addon version of Octane for Blender that will be released soon.
Implementing the same solution in the custom build will require some more time, so the fix may not be present in the next custom build release.
