Hi there,

i want to render an animation on the render network and usually export an .orbx via the render settings (ORBX Exporter). I have a few object tags which exclude some objects to motion blur. When I open the .orbx in the standalone/render on the network it appears that all objects produce motion blur. Any ideas? It seems the tags are ignored.

C4D on Mac Sonoma with 2023.1.3 [R4]

Thanks,
Lars

Animated object will natively produce the motion blur in Standalone. There are not any selection. Tags do the trick to enable or disable the snapshot of the objects have animation or not. This is the login behind of the system.

Okay, since the standalone is used in the cloud does that mean there is no option to disable motion blur on certain objects?

Standalone honors the setting in the ORBX file exported from the host application regarding motion blur. Standalone itself is not a geometry editor, and motion blur cannot be disabled, as with a supported DCC applications such as Cinema 4D.
