Has something happened to this function please?
Tried ticking and unticking, rebuilding scene etc. The poisson thing doesn't seem to do anything to the distribution.
Also, is it possible to have more than 4 scatter objects. Trying to make a brick wall and think I need about 10 different bricks to make it work.
Poisson disk sampling does nothing

Sorry, forget that.
After some experimentation I worked out that poisson disk sampling just stops scattered objects from overlapping each other which is handy but not what I was after.
I needed to scatter objects without them being next to an identical one, so you wouldn't get a clump of the same object (brick in my case) looking like it was obviously the same brick.
Would have saved me time if the tooltip was more informative but as usual it's a case of more experimentation than trying to find non-existent instructions. Seems like it's just the Octane way since the 3ds manual doesn't even cover the scatter tool, let alone the intricacies of poisson disk sampling - I'm suspect this is down to decisions and priorities dictated by the Otoy execs rather than the devs...
