Hello, I am trying to use Octane_2024.1.Beta_2.0 to render out a basic scene in Houdini Education Edition 20.0.724 on an M1 MacBook Pro. It was working at first, but then it hung for a long time so I force quit Houdini. After starting Houdini again, it returned the error "The Octane API can't be started: Could not load binary data file 'Users/kiran[censored]/Octane_2024.1.Beta_2.0_Houdini_20.0.724_Prime_macos/dso/octane.dat' then crashed after acknowledging the error. I restarted the computer and reinstalled the Octane Houdini plugin folder, neither of which fixed the problem. I then looked in the directory it was pointing to, and "octane.dat" doesn't exist. But it doesn't exist in the folder I downloaded from the Octane website either. Any suggestions on fixing this issue? Attached are images of my houdini.env file and the error.
Thanks in advance,
Kiran
