Hey, I'm new to freelancing, and this is a broad question. I am trying to figure out how much is a reasonable cost to charge my client that would be good for both them and myself. when researching i found cost from 400-800 per rendering. any help/advice would be much appreciated. if you feel you need to pm an answer.
I'm excited to be doing some work for these clients but, now have to figure out how to charge and dont know where to start lol
Thanks!

Hey,

Unless you are competing with other individuals or companies for a project or client,
it's best to always work with an hourly rate.

It happens a lot with some customers that they want endless changes etc...
If you charge a reasonable hourly rate, and quote your work beforehand in terms of hours,
you and you customer will never get any suprises.

That's how i did it years ago when i was doing archviz.

I just see your post. As I don't know in what country you live, maybe this site willbe useless for you, but it is of great interest for French freelancers or if you can read French language :

You will find most of the necessary informations for the freelancer, for his rights, how to behave with clients, how much to charge... many advices to avoid being eaten by your clients ! ;)
