Hi! I'm using Octane Plug-in with Cinema 4D, all the software on my computer is updated and the latest versions.
I've been having a texture problem lately. No matter what type of texture I put on the Opacity channel, I couldn't find a solution no matter what I tried.
I'm sharing a video on the subject, can you please help?

At that scale, and that close, it looks like it could be a Ray Epsilon setting issue if you are trying to accomplish this with geometry instead of Composit or Layered Materials. I avoid doing this kind of labeling with geometry for exactly this kind of problem.

OK, I sent the file as an e-mail as you said.
I wonder where exactly the Ray Epsilon settings were, thank you very much.

OK, I think I've got it, I set Ray Epsilon to its lowest value and it worked very well, especially when I activated the Alpha Shadows option.
Thank you very, very much.
