HELP Octane Live Viewer Window Not Working!
Every time I open the octane live viewer window, the screen appears to be white (regardless of the scene) and then when I add it to my perspective display screen and try to adjust the size this happens. Whenever I try to render with the live viewer, the live viewer side is frozen and it renders on the left side where my perspective display scene is... Does anybody know why this would happen? Everything was fine last night and when I went to use it today, this occurred.
Hi,
sorry, the issue is not clear, could you share a screen capture video, maybe with your phone?
ciao,
Beppe

The issue you're facing with the Octane Live Viewer could be due to a GPU driver problem, viewport configuration error, or a bug in Octane. Try updating your GPU drivers, resetting Octane settings, or testing with a simple scene. If that doesn't work, consider reinstalling Octane or checking the Octane log for errors.
Oops, rereading the first post, I think to have understood the issue... better late than never!
You should need to go to Live View menu Options, and disable the "Viewport rendering" option.
Viewport rendering enables or disables the Live Viewer display in the Cinema 4D viewport (as opposed to the Live Viewer window). This option defaults to OFF.
