The feature of copying node data when switching node types is not coping diffuse/albedo color and disconnects texture connected to diffuse/albedo. The BSDF model also gets reset to default value.

This is due to the names are different. We only copy the value between sockets with the exactly same names. Same limitation in the Standalone.
We'll take investigations and support these suggested conversions(e.g. diffuse/albedo color) in coming versions.

Hi DrawFun, but the BSDF model is being copied in Standalone when switching to another material.
