[28.6] Rendered Viewport not updating when moving lights

A. Operating System, including version (i.e. Win 7, OSX 10.11.2, Ubuntu 14.04, etc.)
B. Graphics Card(s) model (i.e. GTX 580 - 3GB, TITAN, etc.)
C. RAM Capacity (i.e. 6 GB)
D. Nvidia driver version (i.e. 7.50, 7.5.22)
E. OctaneRender Standalone version, if installed (i.e. 2.24.2, 2.23, etc.)
F. OctaneRender plugin version (i.e. v2.25 - 2.21)
G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

Rendered viewport doesn't update when moving an Octane Light within the scene.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the Octane Default Startup file
2. Add an Octane Area Light
3. Switch to Rendered Mode
4. Translate Octane Area Light, viewport doesn't refresh.
5. Translate Default Cube, viewport refreshes but the Area Light doesn't update its position.

Version: 2023.1.1 v28.6 Non-Addon

Transforming, rotating and scaling lights doesn't update it in IPR. This is a serious issue. I can barely work since I have to restart IPR each time I do a change. It's a critical bug.

PLEASE FIX IT ASAP AND PUBLISH AN UPDATED VERSION

We still need to update the file in the release post. Sorry about that.

Thanks. The bug is fixed now. Octane was practically unusable with this bug since the lighting is a core part of rendering.
