Hi all

I built a scene with thin fog in a valley and deep hanging clouds. I used the camera tag/post/fog for the fog and an imported Open VDB cloud from Embergen. The fog looks nice. The cloud too. Only together it looks crap in that the cloud suddenly gets almost 100% opac in the colour the post-fog is set to.

My question: do you think of a workaround? Or are VDBs and post-fog not working together? How would I then make efficent fog with volumes? Some ground fog in the valleys and a haze for the "blueing" in the far distance...

Cheers

Hi Rogurt,
it would be nice to see some screenshots, anyway, a workaround could be to enable the PostFx AOV, in this way, Post Fog and Beams are saved in a separated AOV, that you can compose over the beauty and volumes.

ciao,
Beppe
