I noticed very high amount of unavailable VRam - 5GB. I don't have any other software running on background, clear system - any idea why ?
Use RTX takes away 1GB of Vram but what the rest ?
5GB of VRam unavailable

Windows will reserve about 2Gb afaik and the rest may be used by the DCC software I'd assume. (Aside from RTX and Denoise)
Are you using Standalone? If you are not using standalone, export the ORBX and open it there to check again but close the DCC application or anything else.

I will try some tests using Standalone too but anyway using Cinema 4D with fresh Windows 11 I always have 4,2-5 GB Vram unavailable.
I noticed that "use GPU for AOV" switch was gone. As I remember it helps to free some of the Vram.
If we have many AOV outputs like Custom AOV it can get near 1GB of VRam.
