Hi Paul,

thank you for fixing the Proxy Material Input. I noticed another bug concerning proxys. In standalone you can group various geometry inputs with the group node. This works well in standalone, but can't be used in modo. The geometry simply does not show up.

I'll send you a sample file via PM.

Edit: There is also another bug with animated alembic files and animated vdb sequences. If you scrub the timeline these sometimes do not update. This also happens if you render the animation.

As you can see here, there are multiple frames of the vdb sequence in one rendered frame.

Edit Edit: I noticed that too in Standalone, so maybe no plugin issue.

Hi

There is a limitation in Octane where you cannot have a Geometry Group upstream of an Object Layer Map (which is what is happening when you put a Geometry Group in a proxy). I have submitted a bug report to OTOY on this issue.
