This image was created using Blender and Cycles, I'm guessing micro-displacement; how would it be done in Octane ?

Vertex displacement from noise procedural texture masked by other procedural texture, vertex map and curvature, dirt node for edges I think.

Worth mention vertex displacement has an auto normal map option that adds these “high pass” details.
