2022.1.1-R4 not showing up in C4D 2023.1.3

Apologies as I think this has probably been posted a million times but search bar doesn't result in anything I can find - having the age old problem of Octane not showing up in C4D 2023.1.3.

Is copied into the Windows roaming folder AND Program Files folder since neither work. Followed OTOY install directions but nada, had this same issue with R26. Somebody on a Mac install thread said you need to delete everything except the R27 xdl64 to get it to show up in 2023 but I don't have R27 in my downloaded zip folder to begin with. Pretty sure I'm just missing something, thanks.

This is for 2022.1.1-R4 Octane build. Also not getting the sign in prompt as shown in install directions below:

Hi, as mentioned in release notes you need 2023.2 version of Cinema 4D. Otherwise plugin will not be loaded.
