AOV question

Hello,

There are picture frames on the wall. I want to merge them in Photoshop and give them different colors there.
1) I need to get frames only
2) I need to get frames' shadows on the wall

I've watched a couple of videos and try to set my AOVs, but I couldn't (and there were UI and feature changes in the videos too)

Can anyone help me about this please?
