I have buy right now the Octane render, but I have no idea how to download the commercial version :? ??? Could someone help me?

Hallo,

Thats the Problem- I dont get any Mail from refractivesoftware- only from Paypal that my payment was sucessfull.
An the Link you post me does not funktion "You are not authorised to read this forum." :(

OK -I have found, that i must wait 12 hours for the activation of my account...

Yes indeed.

Anyway, for info to our users who are looking for answers and have stumbled upon this thread...

New purchases are manually checked and activated (security reasons), so some patience is required especially when ordering during the weekends. Admin/license sales is now done by the nz office, so when you order sometime in the afternoon from another continent, it might be past office hours or might even be midnight in nz. Timezone differences...
