Hi guys, we have a "big" problem.
New client ask us a render with this lighting.
This Is a old work in 3dmax+vray from other service.
He want this lighting but we found problem to recreate as similar.
Can help with trips?
I think there isnt hdri. But Need a control too a complex scene.

What problems are you having? It looks like pretty straight forward illumination with direct sunlight and indirect blue sky fill. Can you share some renderings, or better yet, a sample scene?

I suggest you set up a test scene approximating your target example's geometry, scale, and level of detail, so that you can compare apples with apples as you set a baseline.
For what it's worth, to my eye, it looks like your Sun object is a bit too large, creating relatively soft edges to the shadows that should look a lot crisper at that distance, at least with a clear sky. It produces that "scale model train set" look. A subtle bit of distance haze would help the sense of scale, too, since your image covers more Z distance. Your render is also a lot softer, losing a lot of the detail in the foliage, bricks, grass, etc. Your Sun may be a bit warmer than your desired look, too, although it's hard to say based on the image.
I also notice that the target image uses objects to help establish scale and expected level of detail. Notice the sofa, the table and chairs. You do have vehicles and foliage, but at least for me, it's way too easy to imagine them as Matchbox cars. I'd add a garden hose with a sprinkler, a swing set, maybe a grill in a back yard, less pristine road surfaces, a basketball on a roof, stuff humans can relate to.
I hope that gives you some ideas to explore.
