Open Live DB not opening tab

Hi! I am having problem opening the tab of the "Open Live DB" in Octane because it doesn't appear, it's the only tab that doesn't open, for example if I click on the "Octane Node Editor" it appears inmediately, but not with the Open LiveDB.

Somebody knows what could be, or there is another way to open that tab?

ok, to share which version you are using exactly, please go to c4d menu Script/Console or Extensions/Console, (Shift+F10), and copy paste the default console output in your answer, thanks.

Hi! This has just started happening to me too. All was fine, but now when clicking on open live db nothing happens!

Using Cinema 4D 2023.1.3 (Build 2023.CL390584.49583)
Octane macOS 2022.1

Running on Macbook Pro M1 Max on Venture 13.2

Sorry, LiveDB is not available in OctaneX 2022.1.
It will come back with future 2023.1 version.

Yes, 2023.1 is out:

But LiveDB is going to arrive with upcoming 2024.1 version.

For now, please have a look at this workaround:

I'm now having the same problem, Live DB won't actually open in c4d 2025.1.3
