I think its better if you move IDs to AOV Manager under Render Layer Mask.
To keep in Render setting... I don't think, half here half there...!

AOVs are Octane Native so they're there. Masks are plugin side addon and tricky to implement. So they're not a part of it

Putting these to AOVs section will make it more confusing, because they are not AOV and will not work as others. Each one are extracted from one extra render session. Only reason to keep these to provide a backward compatibility+keeping the feature for old habiters. You can do same with cryptomattes or other matte options without causing extra render times
