Hello, I purchased the subscription option on Friday and immediately sent a ticket to support because my license doesn't work.
It's been a few days but still haven't heard back.
Is there a phone number available or do I have to put another ticket?
I need to start rendering a project asap.
Can somebody help?

Hello, I re installed everything but still doesn't work.
This is so frustrating!
Nobody replies and there's no phone support, you pretty much have no idea when the issue will be resolved.
I am working on a large scale project and I asked the other designers if they are using Octane and they all said NO, because xyz...
Now I see why they don't want to use it.
This is terrible.
At this point I am thinking if I should just bite the bullet and cancel my subscription redo everything with Redshift.

Thank you beppe. It still didn't work, but after resetting my PW 5 times or so, it finally works again....

Next time, another possibility is to delete the OTOY credentials.
If under Windows:
In this way, a new activation will be asked, and you need to enter your OTOY username and password to activate the license again.

If under Windows:
- - go to C:User/Username/AppData/Roaming and locate the Octanerender folder.
- - delete the otoy_credentials file in the Octanerender folder.
- - press ALT on your keyboard
- - from the Finder menu, choose Go/Library and locate the Octanerender folder
- - delete the otoy_credentials file in the Octanerender folder.
In this way, a new activation will be asked, and you need to enter your OTOY username and password to activate the license again.
