i wonder does Octane HELP/Ticket system works ?
I have 2 open cases (for licensing/upgrade questions) and one is 5 days and other 3 days open/without reply ?
Can someone form OTOY please contact me/answer those ticket numbers.
I need to work, and my 3 licences are soon to expire... I have some questions how to upgrade.
