baking texture missing in 2022.1 27.5?

I can't seem to find the baking texture node anymore.. what am I missing?

it's present in standalone (2022.1) but blender has it missing. can anybody shed some light?

just went back to 27.4 beta and it shows the baking tex node as expected... the new one doesn't have it
