Support lead times?

Whats the current wait time for email support? It's been 3 days and I still haven't had a reply back from the support email.

Sorry for the hassle!

Normally, we are able to answer within few hours, but we have received too much requests due to past Black Friday, and we had to slow down a lot

Especially because a lot of users have created several tickets for the same question.

We hope to go back to normality during this week... fingers crossed!
