Default UVW transform is broken for procedural texture nodes

This issue is affecting certain Octane texture nodes in the plugin such as Cell Noise, Checks, Noise, Turbulence, etc.

When you drag one of these into NGE, it defaults with UVW parameters that look like they're for a 3D transform, but it's labeled as a "2D Transform" (see screenshot below with the Checks node as an example). Not only is it labeled weird, but changing any of the values seems to have unintended effects (like changing Rotation X also modifies Scale X and Translation X).

The workaround is easy - drag in a Transform node of your choosing and connect it to the UVW transform pin, replacing the broken one; but it can be annoying.

Also not sure why a select few procedurals seem to NOT have this issue (i.e. Color Squares), but the majority with a UVW Transform pin seem to be affected.

I'm on the 2021.1.6.82 debug build, but I believe this is also happening in the latest public release.

Thanks for the report. I'll take a look at this for the version after the next release.
