PCI-e 5 on Z790 Aorus for both GPU and NVME?

Hi,
Does anyone know if Z790 will have a full bandwidth for 4090 and PCIe 5 SSD NVME or lanes will be split?
Will I make my GPU run slower if I also use PCIe 5 nvme port? Should I install windows on PCIE4 port? Thank you
