Alembic and OBJ sequence files import

Is there a another way to import OBJ and Alembic sequence files?
I know you can do it with VDB files.
The mesh volume SDF node Imports a sequence of obj's but the surface of the model never looks right.
Especially when I applied a texture Node. The surface looks low quality compared to me importing the obj as a single file.
I can edit the Voxel size but it takes forever to render. And it's still not completely smooth.
Am I missing something? Is there a way to import a sequence of OBJs another way?
The animation button only shows on the mesh volume SDF node.
