Hello,

I am currently on a Mac Book Pro with the following specs:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
Processor: 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 МБ

Mac OS Monterey 12.4

I've installed Octane for C4d and have the Live Viewer Window, but when i try to preview I get a notification saying "There is no GPU device which is selected"

Any thoughts or help would be really appreciated!

Thank you.

Unfortunately old AMD GPUs and Intel GPUs are not supported anymore in new OctaneX PR12/13 for macOS 12 Monterey - there were some Apple Metal driver related issues.

You should need to go back to Big Sur 11.6.7, with OctaneX PR11, but Intel GPU is not the best, it is pretty slow, and has issues with material previews, so it is necessary to go to Live View menu Option, and disable both material, and OpenGL preview, before loading the scene in Live View.

ciao,
Beppe
