Hi,
you can export your scene in .orbx format from any OctaneRender plugin, and check it in Standalone, before sending it to RNDR service.

I am no longer having that issue. I don't know what was wrong the first time. I tried to visit the link again and it worked. Sorry for any inconveniences i caused for you.

It's possible that the issue was temporary or caused by a glitch.
Sometimes such access errors can be resolved on their own, allowing users to view the content without any further intervention.
