Color change on saved exr

My Ipr looks like this and I want to have it on AE:

But rendered image opens like hell:

please help!

its ignoring highlight compression ,

Seems I found my answer in AE, Highlight compression has an equivalent there for HDRs.

Hi,

Indeed, most Camera Imager's tools will not be applied (baked) to the exported OpenEXR file since it is a scene-referred linear (Linear-sRGB) 16-bit (recommended) floating point data container.
