Sorry for the late response. Please see attached screen captures. Pretty much all material icons don show correctly. The plugin release # is 2021.1.4.68 - Studio.

I cannot replicate this error. That LiveDb material appears as follows for me:

I wonder if the LiveDb thumbnails have been cached at the wrong resolution? You could try deleting all the folders and files in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\OctaneRender\cache
