Proper Motion Blur setup

Hi my friend,

Motion Blur panel is a little confusing.

Which are the settings for proper filmic motion blur?
=> talkinb about a 180 degree shutter, 24fps... Normally it would be 48 in shutter options in real life.. (the double of the frame rate)

In Octane i am using (24fps):
motion blur duration: 1 (which should be 0,5 if shutter is in 48, i don't know why we have both duration and shutter time.. if they are connected)
shutter time: 48
shutter alignment: after (this is weird... )
start: 0
end: 100

what you think? or what you use?
