Im using Cinema 4D R25 with the newest version of Octane on a Mac M1 MAX and every-time I try to upload a VDB file, like some clouds, into Octanes VDB volume nothing shows up & it’s reads “Not found”

Hi,
yes, there is an issue with vdb/volumes in C4D-OctaneX-PR14 plugin, but they are working correctly in Standalone:

The devs are working on the native version with 2022.1 SDK, to fix this and all the other problems with M1 chip, so for now, you should need to export the scene to Standalone, and import your vdb file there.
