Need urgent help with Cinema 4D Studio Plugin License?

I need urgent help!

I have Subscription for Cinema 4D Studio Plugin License.
Last time, I've used my octane subscription with iRendering remote machine and after finishing the render, I've closed C4D and shut down the comp.
But, still that time I can't log in to octane from my own laptop. I've also tried to unlock from website but unlock button is not working now. It is already 2 hours so far.

I don't why but I couldn't upload the photo to this post.
