VBD intersection / bounding box issue?

Hi, found some posts here that said as long as the volume settings were the same you could avoid these types of visual issues. I'm trying on 2021.1.1 and seeing them. I've ensured the volumes have the same exact settings (I also tried using an instance) yet I can't seem to avoid seeing lines and clipping. Any tips?
