I need to have few grids (each with different random objects in them)
and then i need to scatter those few grids in another grid.
that (please see image commented: Cloner Octane Scatter) is not yielding desirable results.
and when i use closer (with multi instancing) the render doesn't match the view port! (please see image commented: Cloner MultiInstance)

You cannot use it like that. Please use one scatter in same hierarchy, more is not supported.

You cannot use anything else geometries under scatter object. Render instances are not usable. Scatter is faster than render instances also.
